The pure silver wire is cold trefilated using a special size of his own. No machines involved, even when threading the silver wire in the non-dye cotton sleeve. 
Following the theory that a single conductor has no phase shift, as could happen with other cable designs. 
They consist in a single pure ( 99.999% ) silver  wire per pole, jacketed in a natural organic cotton dielectric.
The two oversized organic cotton isolators (one for each pole) make a minimal surface contact with the silver wire, meaning less dielectric reaction. 
Cotton has an excellent dielectric constant of 1.3 ( air is 1.0 ) better than any other material ( for example Teflon is 2.0 ). 
We use NEUTRIK XLR plugs soldered with high quality solder. 
Each cable is hand-assembled, extensively tested, and personally inspected. 
Compared with much expensive interconnects, they sound relaxed as well as precise, delivering a more open, clear and detailed sound, with a superior soundstage in width and depth. 
A much better sense of space around and between instruments, accuracy in mids and high frequencies, give them a full bodied character.
